1. License and scope

ID Photo Maker is licensed for personal use on iOS and iPadOS devices you own or control, governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed exclusively through Apple StoreKit. Current localized pricing and billing intervals are presented within the application prior to purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

3. Official requirements disclaimer

Document criteria and specifications are compiled from public regulatory guidance. Final photo acceptance remains solely within the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or government authority. ID Photo Maker does not warrant guaranteed government approval.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the application for fraudulent purposes, unlawful impersonation, or intentional misrepresentation of identity.
